Welcome to BidRivals online guide, the live auction site where you can buy some of the best premium products for a much lower price.
Everything is brand new, there is no used material there, anything you buy will be sent from online shops like Amazon, Pixmania, etc.
How does it work? First you need to signup (it's free and easy).
To participate in any auction you have to buy a pack of bids (use bidrivals coupon NKU10 to get 10 free bids when buying it).
Each bid starts at 50 cents or similar value, depending on your country, and you get extra free bids when you buy bigger packages.
When a new item is auctioned, with no reserve price, the last bidder wins it. It doesn't matter what it is, it can be an Iphone, a Macbook or a Nikon D90, if no one else is interested you can buy it with just one bid (that's right, 50 cents). This isn't common but can happen. Check previous auctions and see for how much some products were sold.
For each bid that is done the final price is raised by 0.01 and the timer is set for a 15 seconds countdown, for example, if an Iphone ended at 4.21 that means that there were a total of 421 bids (from all bidders combined). An Ipod Nano 16 Gb at 0.70 means that there were 70 bids. When the timer reaches 0, if no else bids, the last bidder gets it, no matter how many bids that person made in total, some people win with just one or two bids at the right time. Lucky or good timing? Winning is not as easy as it may seem...
